2. Purchase and Subscription Help
Purchases are managed through Apple. If you already bought premium access on the same Apple account, use the in-app restore purchases option first.
- Open Nola and go to the paywall screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- If your subscription is still not recognized, email us from the same address you use for support requests.
3. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Nola app data from inside the app in Settings. This removes your Nola data from our application backend. Your Apple or Google account remains managed by that provider.
4. Response Time
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. During launch periods or holidays, replies may take a little longer.
